Job description

Title:

  • Production Data Analyst (Specialist–Manager) Reports To: COO (Chief Operating Officer) Department: Operations - Production Management Responsibility Summary : Responsible for collecting, processing, analyzing, and interpreting production data to generate meaningful insights that support improved operational efficiency, reduced downtime, optimized resource usage, and decreased production costs.
  • This role requires advanced analytical skills to transform raw data into actionable recommendations for the production and management teams.
  • In addition, this position supports the maintenance of accurate data systems, dashboards, and reporting tools used across the department.

Duties & Responsibilities :

  • Analyze production consumption, scrap, downtime, and efficiency data using spreadsheets, dashboards, and ERP system tools.
  • Develop, automate, and maintain analytical models to identify trends, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities across production lines.
  • Create and manage advanced spreadsheets and dashboards for real-time production performance reporting.
  • Generate periodic reports for management, including KPIs, cost reduction opportunities, labor utilization, and material performance.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with Production, Manufacturing, Logistics, and Purchasing teams to ensure smooth operations and execution Validate, clean, and structure incoming production data to ensure accuracy and reliability for analysis.
  • Maintain datasets of line trials, components, and raw materials, ensuring consistency and proper categorization within ERP and analytical tools.
  • Support continuous improvement projects through deep-dive analyses and scenario modeling.
  • Document analytical methodologies, maintain organized digital files, and ensure traceability of data sources.
  • Communicate findings effectively in Korean and Spanish.

Qualifications & Competencies :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Industrial Engineering, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field preferred; additional certifications in analytics or data science are a strong asset. 2-8 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or production analytics roles.
  • Fluency in Korean and Spanish (spoken and written) is required.

Advanced proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel:

  • pivot tables, advanced formulas, Power Query, charts).
  • Strong experience with ERP systems and data extraction/reporting tools.
  • Experience with analytical or visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar) is a plus.
  • Strong quantitative, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
  • Ability to work with large datasets, ensuring accuracy and data integrity.
  • High attention to detail with the ability to interpret complex production metrics.
  • Strong organizational skills, able to manage multiple analytical tasks simultaneously.
  • Ability to work independently and communicate technical findings in a clear, actionable way.

This position is Full-Time, Onsite in Totowa, New Jersey, five days per week in the office (9:

  • 00AM - 6:00PM) Compensation & Benefits: The approximate pay range for this position is $65,000 - $95,000.

Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills and abilities. The benefit package includes:
