Job descriptionParticipate in on-call rotation (one week every five weeks). 3+ years of experience with Red Hat or CentOS Linux systems. Proficiency in Linux shell scripting and Python programming (2+ years). Experience automating and orchestrating Linux administrative tasks. Familiarity with security compliance, monitoring, and patch management. Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Excellent oral and written communication abilities. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. Experience with containerization and orchestration tools like Docker, Kubernetes, or OpenShift. Familiarity with automation tools like Ansible, AWX, or Rundeck. Experience with infrastructure management tools such as Red Hat Satellite or Artifactory. Knowledge of vulnerability management tools like Nexpose or Qualys. Experience with virtualization technologies (VMware or KVM) and ServiceNow. Exposure to Terraform for infrastructure-as-code.
Linux Systems Engineer
Job Overview :
