Job descriptionBachelor's degree in accounting or related field Previous experience in a customer service or retail environment Experience working in a fast-paced, supportive environment Ability to work a minimum of 25-35 hours weekly throughout tax season and up to 40 hours during peak weeks Successful completion of the H&R Block Tax Knowledge Assessment or Income Tax Course1 Experience working in a fast-paced environment Comfort working with virtual tools - video, phone and chat Ability to effectively communicate in person, via phone and in writing Must meet all other IRS and applicable state requirements High school diploma / equivalent or higher Employee Assistance Program with Health Advocate. - Conduct tax interviews with clients face to face and through virtual tools - video, phone, chat, email
- Prepare complete and accurate tax returns
