Chipton-Ross is seeking a Technical Recruiter for a direct opportunity in Playa Del Rey, CA.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE):
- Must be able to commute to Playa Del Rey, CA
- Strong communication skills.
Ability to go beyond the minimum requirements.
Competitive team player.
- High sense of urgency and ability to address tasks immediately.
- Comfortable on the telephone with high call volume.
- Strong organizational, planning, and multitasking skills.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated with the ability to work under minimal supervision.
- Computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Prior recruiting, inside/outside sales, retail sales, call center, car rental, or customer service experience is required
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Identify, source, qualify, and present top level talent/candidates to our partners and clients.
- Utilize our database, resume banks, search engines, job fairs, social media, and other innovative ideas to identify quality candidates.
- Heavy telephone usage.
- Prescreen, interview, and extend offers to candidates.
- Ensure the applicant tracking system database is current and accurate.
- Be educated on all employment compliance regulations.
- Maintain strong, long-term relationships with candidates and clients, networking with individuals across the industry.
- Meet monthly goals and performance metrics set by Chipton-Ross recruitment standards.
- Develop and articulate technical acumen within specific disciplines.
REQUIRED EDUCATION:
- Accredited Bachelor's Degree
WORK HOURS:
Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
