About the Role
We are a management consulting firm seeking a highly capable and driven Technical Product Delivery Manager to lead the development and delivery of complex enterprise-grade applications for our clients. These products typically support large-scale operational workflows, infrastructure programs, or business-critical functions.
This is a hands-on leadership role that blends product management , technical delivery , and team leadership . You will be responsible for defining requirements, managing cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful delivery of the product from concept to post-release support.
Key Responsibilities
- Requirements Definition : Collaborate with client and internal stakeholders to gather, document, and prioritize functional and technical requirements.
- Feature Prioritization : Define and manage the product roadmap, balancing client needs, technical feasibility, and business impact.
- Development Lifecycle Management : Oversee planning, execution, testing, and release cycles across Agile or hybrid delivery models.
- Team Leadership : Lead and mentor cross-functional teams including developers, designers, QA, and business analysts.
- Release & Post-Release Oversight : Manage deployment, user onboarding, issue resolution, and continuous improvement.
- Change Enablement : Scope and execute process and organizational changes required to support product success.
- Strategic Coordination : Align product delivery with the client's strategic business objectives and technical vision. Coordinate communications, change management, and stakeholder alignment to ensure adoption and long-term impact.
- Cross-Product Flexibility : Support other product development efforts as needed, adapting to new domains and client needs.
