RESPONSIBILITIES :

Manage trade capture of all products including but not limited to derivatives across equities, credit, rates, and FX Assist PM in monitoring risk platform and troubleshoot any issuesMonitor affirmation platforms and ensure all risk / booking is correctWork closely with Sales counterparts and Operations to ensure trades are allocated and settleManage affirmation of trades on matching platformsProduce daily / weekly / monthly reporting for Investors as well as internal teamsLead process improvements — recognize inefficiencies or gaps, recommend improvements and help implement new processesMonitor control functions including reconciliations, breaks, and EOD checks DESIRABLE CANDIDATES : 3+ years of Middle Office experienceWorking knowledge of equity options including trade capture, PnL, risk, and greeks.Corporate actions knowledge a plusStrong familiarity with the trade lifecycle and relevant controlsStrong interpersonal and communication skillsDetail orientedProficient in ExcelExperience with a Bloomberg Terminal.Programming experience a plus.
