As a Product Manager within the Chase Travel team, you will be responsible for enhancing and optimizing the delivery of our products to customers. You will play a key role in creating solutions and efficiencies that enable successful implementations in a timely and organized manner.
Job responsibilities
- Define and execute the product management and strategy for API Platforms & SDKs
- Partner with executives and peers within Chase Travel to align initiatives with overall business objectives
- Build and maintain relationships with key technology stakeholders
- Coaches and mentors the product team on best practices, such as solution generation, market research, storyboarding, mind-mapping, prototyping methods, product adoption strategies, and product delivery, enabling them to effectively deliver on objectives
- Establish metrics and KPIs to measure developer satisfaction, adoption, and business impact
- Oversee the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch
