A company is looking for a Procurement Counsel to join their legal team remotely in the USA.Key ResponsibilitiesAct as a legal business partner to the procurement teamStructure, draft, and negotiate a wide range of vendor contractsAdvise various teams on legal, compliance, and privacy matters related to vendor engagementsRequired Qualifications5+ years of in-house legal experience in a software / technology company or leading law firmSignificant experience with procurement contractsKnowledge of data privacy laws (GDPR, CPRA, etc.)Licensed to practice law in Israel / UK / EU / US or equivalent legal experienceNative English proficiency required
