Job Description :

As an Intermediate UX Designer, you will collaborate within high-performing, cross-organizational teams to enhance Member experiences. Key responsibilities include generating ideas, creating prototypes, and delivering high fidelity design solutions in a fast-paced environment. This role requires four years of experience in Product Design or UX Design. Candidates should possess strong skills in communication, collaboration, and facilitation, as well as proficiency in design tools. A portfolio showcasing relevant digital design experience is required. A designer in this role is responsible for supporting the design team by defining business problems and design requirements, facilitating design sessions, collaborating with team members to break down complex problems into manageable tasks, and navigating the entire work stream from discovery through delivery. They also participate in research efforts, synthesize findings, create end-to-end member experiences, present their work effectively, and ensure compliance with risk management policies.

Requirements :

• Complex design work
• Figma (deep experience with features like Auto layout, responsive design).
• Traditional design skills, well versed in design language.
• UserZoom, or other design research tools is a bonus.
• Portfolio is required
