Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service through adherence to Lowe's service policies and procedures.
• Build strong vendor relationships by ensuring merchandise resets align with Lowe's specifications.
• Work collaboratively with the Merchandising Service team and Manager to communicate project priorities and requirements, including materials and scheduling.
• Analyze metrics and provide feedback regarding project execution and in-store service to leadership at all levels.
• While most activities will not involve direct customer interaction, engage with customers as opportunities arise, assisting them in finding, demonstrating, selecting, and loading merchandise.
• Listen and respond knowledgeably to customer inquiries and guide them through store projects when necessary.
• Show sincere appreciation to customers for their business.
• Inform customers about stock availability, special orders, features, benefits, and warranty information related to Lowe's offerings.
• Ensure product availability by managing inventory – rotating stock, replacing damaged items, and verifying buyback items are ready for shipping.
• Check and maintain product pricing clarity, resolving any discrepancies.
• Validate and update signage and wayfinding information across the store to enhance the customer experience.
• Arrange and display merchandise strategically to promote add-on sales, including plant arrangements and clearance staging.
• Maintain a clean and safe store environment by reviewing and addressing maintenance tasks, managing waste, and upholding safety standards.
• Conduct daily safety reviews and report maintenance issues to appropriate personnel.
• Operate various store equipment as required, including power equipment and point-of-sale systems.
• Complete additional tasks as assigned, including auditing and ensuring accurate pricing labels throughout the store.
