Core Purpose: To cultivate loyal and enthusiastic members through engaging group workouts.

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, a dependable work ethic, and a positive attitude, while also promoting our gym and Group Fitness classes. If you are ready to make a difference, let's change our community one burpee at a time!

Essential Purpose: Energize our members in every class by fostering a vibrant community with results-oriented group workouts where everyone feels empowered and successful.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Maintain cleanliness in the Group Fitness Studio
• Provide outstanding customer service
• Ensure the safety and maintenance of equipment
• Engage in ongoing education and professional development

Accountabilities:

• Maintain punctuality
• Ensure member satisfaction
• Drive class attendance
• Report safety incidents and injuries

Required Certifications:

• A Nationally accredited Group Fitness Certification is mandatory
• A valid CPR/AED Certification is required

Compensation: Pay range is between $17.87 and $55 USD, depending on experience.
