By joining the New Propositions team within Enterprise Marketing, you'll play a key role in informing user perspectives and scaling new initiatives in Augmented Reality, Generative AI (including Sparky), and home delivery. As a Manager in Product Research, you will support research across different customer areas to help inform marketing, product, and strategy on customer-centric initiatives. You will use your knowledge of facilitation and stakeholder management to collaborate with partners, facilitate and guide strategy conversations, embed customer-centric approaches into both current and future efforts while conducting both generative and evaluative research efforts. You will use your great strengths in storytelling to share your research point of view in a compelling, convincing manner to the broader team. You will work with partners to determine a shared plan forward to addresses research goals and questions across complex business areas. As a Manager on the New Propositions team, you represent the core needs of our customers to help our partners understand customer motivations, pain points, and mental models. These insights will directly inform emerging products and experiences such as GenAI and Extended Reality. You will oversee research and collaborate with partners to inform product strategy and research methodology to inform our omni-channel customer experiences.

Live Better U is a Walmart-paid education benefit program for full-time and part-time associates in Walmart and Sam's Club facilities. The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00-$155,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
