Job description
A company is looking for a Group Scientific Director.
Key Responsibilities
Provide executive-level scientific and strategic direction for the assigned therapeutic area and key client accounts
Lead, manage, and mentor the scientific team while ensuring quality control on scientific communication projects
Collaborate with client services to manage project-related needs and support new business initiatives for growth
Required Qualifications
PhD in life sciences or PharmD
8-10 years of professional medical writing and scientific affairs experience in an agency setting
Strong emphasis on Publications and Medical Affairs
Proven experience managing and mentoring a team of scientific staff
Experience in the neurology therapeutic area is a plus
