Senior Director, Global Business Services Integration
McDonald’s is seeking a GBS Cross-Functional Integration Lead to be responsible for integration of transformation strategy, planning and execution across functional transformation teams.
The leader will lead all aspects and drive seamless integration between transformations as they progress through various stages - Global Design and Localization & Deployment - as GBS operationalize and scales.
This role will directly support the SVP of Global Transformation to adopt and deploy transformation best practices and ensure consistent methodology for all GBS initiatives.
This person will closely partner with GBS, global, functional, segment and market leadership.
Role responsibilities :
Primary Responsibilities
Drive Transformation Integration : Lead transformation integration efforts for new GBS operating model, connecting various functions at different stages of transformation;
enable activation and growth of GBS as work transitions over time.
- Transformation Alignment : Ensure transformation initiatives and integration plans align with GBS goals, vision and commitments to the enterprise.
- Cross-Functional Alignment : Identify integration needs, gaps and opportunities across GBS initiatives; drive end-to-end process design and management (e.
g., PTP) to ensure people, process and solution decisions are fully aligned; coordinate and influence to bring together the appropriate parties and decision makers to uphold design and deployment schedules.
- Risk Management : Proactively identify and address potential integration risks to minimize business disruption or re-work throughout the transformation.
- Standardize Approach : Ensure a standardized transformation approach across initiatives and functions as the scope of GBS evolves;
deploy best practices, common templates and methods to drive consistent outputs.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred
- 12+ years in management role with relevant experience in driving successful transformations across multiple functions
- Demonstrated expertise in leading and handling complex, cross-functional projects from conception to completion
- Consistent track record to influence complex organizations and navigate ambiguity with a clear vision
- Experience working in a global shared services environment
- Possesses excellent critical thinking
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with senior management, team members, and partners
