You will lead field teams, collaborate with project managers, and ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities :

• Project Oversight : Oversee all aspects of commercial landscape installation projects, from initial site preparation to final walkthrough.
• Team Leadership : Lead, motivate, and mentor field crews, fostering a culture of safety, efficiency, and exceptional workmanship.
• Collaboration : Work closely with landscape construction project managers to ensure seamless project execution, address any issues that arise, and maintain clear communication channels.
• Subcontractor Management : Coordinate with subcontractors, ensuring their work meets quality standards and adheres to project timelines.
• Resource Management : Optimize the allocation of resources, including labor, equipment, and materials, to maximize productivity and minimize costs.
• Quality Control : Conduct regular inspections to verify that work is performed to specifications, ensuring a high-quality finished product.
• Safety Compliance : Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment for all team members.
• Problem-Solving : Proactively identify and resolve challenges that may arise during project execution.
• Reporting : Provide regular progress updates to project managers and company leadership.

Qualifications :

• Experience : 5+ years of field experience in commercial landscape installation, including planting and hardscape construction.
• Leadership : Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire teams, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Communication : Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with project managers, clients, subcontractors, and team members.
• Technical Skills : Strong understanding of landscape installation techniques, plant materials, irrigation systems, and hardscape construction methods.
• Problem-Solving : Ability to analyze situations, identify problems, and implement effective solutions.
• Organizational Skills : Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
