About the Role
The Company is looking for a dynamic Vice President of Global Demand Generation to spearhead its marketing initiatives. This role is crucial for developing both a strategic vision and effective execution across key marketing areas like analytics, operations, and project management. The individual will lead and inspire a talented global marketing team, set ambitious pipeline targets, and manage various digital demand generation channels.
Key responsibilities include crafting and implementing field marketing strategies, organizing global events, and enhancing outbound and account-based marketing efforts. As a champion of innovation, the VP will foster a culture of experimentation and continuous optimization to elevate marketing channel performance.
Qualified candidates should have a minimum of 15 years of experience in marketing, demand generation, or go-to-market leadership, ideally within enterprise-scale or technology-centric organizations. A Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a similar field is required, while an MBA or equivalent experience is advantageous.
The ideal candidate will have a proven record of scaling global teams, robust understanding of go-to-market dynamics, and strong skills in financial modeling, budgeting, and data analysis. Exceptional communication and collaboration abilities are vital, along with a history of driving cross-functional initiatives that lead to measurable business success. Familiarity with project management, marketing automation, and collaboration tools is essential.
