About the Role :

We're looking for an experienced Senior Director of Technical Recruiting to lead and scale our technical recruiting efforts at Crusoe.ai . This is a highly visible role where you will partner with our engineering leadership to build and grow the teams responsible for Crusoe's AI cloud. You will lead and mentor a talented team of recruiters, empowering them to find and attract the best talent in the industry. As a key leader on the recruiting team, you'll report directly to our VP of Talent and be a critical voice in shaping our talent acquisition strategy as we continue to grow.

What You'll Be Working On :

Partner with engineering leaders to understand their hiring needs and translate them into a comprehensive recruiting strategy.

Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of technical recruiters, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Drive the entire technical recruiting lifecycle, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience from first contact to offer acceptance.

Utilize data and metrics to optimize recruiting processes, identify areas for improvement, and report on progress to leadership.

Champion Crusoe's brand in the market, implementing innovative sourcing and engagement strategies to attract top-tier talent in a competitive landscape.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, Compensation, and Finance, to ensure a seamless and efficient hiring process.

What You'll Bring to the Team :

You have a proven track record of leading, operating and scaling technical recruiting teams within a fast-paced, hyper-growth technology company.

You will have a strong operational background and a strong understanding of capacity planning, forecasting, and understanding dashboard metrics.

You are a talent expert in the AI, cloud, or high-performance computing space and have a strong network in the industry.

You are a data-driven leader who uses metrics to inform strategy and drive decisions.

You are a natural leader and mentor, passionate about developing your team members and helping them achieve their full potential.

You possess a deep understanding of recruiting best practices, from sourcing and candidate engagement to negotiation and closing.

You're a strategic thinker who can balance day-to-day execution with long-term planning and vision.

You thrive in ambiguity.

This role is required to be onsite in our San Francisco, CA office 5 days / week .

Compensation Range

Compensation will be paid in the range of up to $210,000 - $235,000 + Bonus. Restricted Stock Units are included in all offers. Compensation to be determined by the applicants knowledge, education, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
