Digital Producer

Our client, a leading provider of digital entertainment services, is seeking a talented Digital Producer to join their team.

This position will be remote. As a Digital Producer, you will play a key role in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies that drive business growth and enhance the user experience.

This is a fully remote position, offering the opportunity to work with a diverse team of professionals.

Responsibilities :

• Manage projects from inception to completion, collaborating with multiple teams and business stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and high-quality results.
• Utilize project management software for scheduling, resourcing, and tracking team milestones, maintaining organized workflows and efficient communication.
• Collaborate closely with production, design, and writing teams to determine message focus and hierarchy for site-side marketing pages, ensuring clear and compelling communication.
• Provide strategic oversight for the entire user experience, from product exposure to the online purchasing process, optimizing every touchpoint for maximum impact.
• Demonstrate agility and problem-solving skills by assuming the role of digital producer in quick-turnaround situations, ensuring seamless execution under tight deadlines.
• Create highly optimized experiences through segmentation and personalization, driving customer engagement and maximizing sales performance.
• Partner with Business Analytics to review lead traffic and measure sales Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), continuously refining strategies to achieve business goals.

Required Qualifications :

• 3+ years of prior experience as an interactive marketing / content strategist or directly related role, with a strong focus on digital marketing and content management.
• Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects with competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in project management software and digital asset management systems, with experience using tools like Adobe AEM or Workfront
• Familiarity with e-commerce flows for entertainment content and / or entertainment technology brands, with experience in copywriting and program management a plus.
• Effective communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and departments, solve problems, and make decisions in challenging situations.
