Accounts Payable Analyst

RGP is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Payable Analyst to support retained AP activities and resolve escalated issues in collaboration with Managed Services and internal stakeholders. This role requires strong analytical skills, a customer-service mindset, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

This also requires being onsite in Loveland, CO.

Investigate and resolve escalated AP issues from Managed Services, engaging with stakeholders across Finance, Procurement, and Supplier Representatives.

Communicate professionally and promptly with stakeholders regarding issue status and resolution.

Manage retained AP activities including seed settlements, large payments, prepay corrections, and payment preselects.

Gain proficiency in AP systems such as SAP S4, PeopleSoft, and TAP to support issue resolution and root cause analysis.

Research open items and recommend solutions to improve supplier account accuracy and payment timeliness.

Reconcile escalated supplier statements, ensuring accurate recording of invoices, credit memos, and payments.

Assist with critical prepayment transactions to ensure proper application and avoid duplicate payments.

Collaborate with onshore / offshore Payables teams and Field & Site Operations to drive resolution and process improvement.

Meet internal KPIs and SLAs while maintaining high standards of integrity and business ethics.

Understand end-to-end process flows and interactions between Managed Services and retained AP functions.

Partner with leadership to set annual performance and career development goals.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and SharePoint; SAP experience is a plus.

High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.

Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Capable of managing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.

Positive attitude with a team-first mindset and relationship-building skills.

Compensation commensurate with employee qualifications, experience, and other factors including geographic location, market, and operational factors.

Pay Range : $40-$45 / hr.
