Provide administrative support to executives.
Respond to all internal and external inquiries to and from executive management.
Prepare materials for meetings and conferences, work closely with the HQ in Tokyo to manage senior level correspondence, coordinate global meetings, oversee travel arrangements, and maintain calendars and schedules.
Assist on projects and translate documents from English to Japanese and vice versa.
Register clients and guests into the security system, receive and greet visitors upon check-in, and update and maintain the company directory.
