The Purchasing and Warehouse Manager is instrumental in shaping our purchasing strategies and warehouse operations. This role is perfect for those with a keen eye for negotiation and a talent for maintaining efficient, streamlined supply chains in our multi-state cannabis cultivation and production facilities.

What does the day-to-day look like?

As the Purchasing and Warehouse Manager, you'll manage every aspect of the purchasing process, from initiating RFPs to finalizing supplier contracts, ensuring we get the best value in terms of cost, quality, and delivery.

You'll keep our inventory at optimal levels to prevent disruptions in production and oversee robust supplier relationships, continuously evaluating their performance through detailed scorecards.

Your role also involves strategic leadership, guiding your team in maintaining efficient warehouse operations and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

So, who are we looking for?

We are eager to meet candidates who :

• Are at least 21 years of age or older.
• Hold a High School diploma (bachelor’s degree highly preferred) and have 3+ years’ experience in warehouse or manufacturing settings, preferably with a focus on purchasing and supply chain management.
• Bring at least 1+ years of managerial experience, leading teams effectively and fostering professional growth.
• Are adept at negotiating and managing contracts, with a proven track record of improving supply chain efficiency.
• Have excellent organizational and project management skills, capable of handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Possess strong communication skills and are able to build lasting relationships with suppliers and internal teams.
• Are detail-oriented, with a strategic mindset focused on continuous improvement and cost management.
