Purchasing Manager Responsibilities :

• Lead Purchasing : Drive both day-to-day and long-term purchasing efforts.
• Supplier Negotiation : Work with suppliers to enhance cost, processes, and quality.
• Cost Reduction : Craft and execute strategies to help suppliers meet cost-saving goals.
• Team Leadership : Set department goals and guide the team to hit targets and KPIs.
• Quality Control : Ensure suppliers meet our quality standards.
• Collaboration : Partner closely with manufacturing teams to meet supply chain needs.
• Reporting : Create and share supply chain reports with executive leaders.
• RFQ Management : Estimate costs for new projects and evaluate RFQs.
• Data Management : Input accurate information into our ERP system.

Qualifications :

• Education : Bachelor's degree. Certifications in the field are a bonus.
• Experience : Proven track record leading sourcing or purchasing in a high-volume manufacturing setting.
• Negotiation Skills : Demonstrated success in finding new suppliers and strategic negotiations.
• Communication : Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• ERP Proficiency : Ability to use ERP systems for reporting and analysis.
