Job description

Accounts Receivable Specialist in Atlanta

Accountants One is working with a Commercial real estate leader with major developments to add an AR Specialist . This in office Accounts Receivable role includes work life balance, excellent benefits and great company culture .

Job Duties

  • Cash Application of daily payments (checks, ACH and wires)
  • Tenant billing
  • Account reconciliations
  • Prepare monthly statements and miscellaneous billing
  • Support month end processes and AR reporting for audit
  • Special projects as needed by Director of Lease Administration.

Requirements :

  • 3+ years of work experience in Accounts Receivable
  • Experience in commercial real estate industry a plus
  • Degree preferred
  • Experience with MRI, Yardi, RealPage a plus.
