About The Position

• Coordinate the design, permitting and construction process of several projects at a time, in close collaboration with clients, designers, engineers, contractors and consultants
• Ensure the design of each project adheres to NYC building department codes and historic preservation guidelines
• Frequently visit project sites throughout the city to oversee progress and answer questions
• Create permitting drawing sets in collaboration with the wider project team
• Prepare construction drawings, details and schedules for bidding
• Opportunities to gain NCARB AXP hours in all required areas of experience under a licensed architect

About You

Compensation & Benefits

Salary : A competitive salary starting at $80,000 - $110,000 a year, commensurate with experience.
