Responsibilities :

Exchange Online Environment Management : Oversee the administration, maintenance,

and performance of the Exchange Online environment to ensure seamless mail flow and

data availability.

Intune Environment Management : Manage and monitor Microsoft Intune for endpoint

management, security, and compliance across devices.

Messaging Tools Administration : Manage Quadrotech Nova and M365 Console to provide a

unified view and single-pane management for messaging operations.

Access Audits and Security : Perform periodic audits of access permissions and account

activities for M365 and Entra ID (formerly Azure Active Directory) accounts to ensure

security compliance.

Messaging Environment Monitoring and Testing : Continuously monitor and test messaging

systems, focusing on mail flow, storage components, and overall performance end-to-end.

Proactively identify and resolve issues to ensure reliability and optimal performance.

Incident Management : Manage incidents related to the messaging environment, providing

timely resolutions and root-cause analysis to prevent recurrence.
