The Role
We are seeking a seasoned and strategic Senior Manager to lead our team of Project Managers within the Marketing Operations PMO. This leader will oversee the project management function in our Unified PMO model - ensuring that our cross-functional project teams are equipped, aligned, and supported to deliver high-impact marketing initiatives. This is a critical leadership role for someone who understands how to scale delivery through others : a thoughtful coach and capable operator who can lead with clarity, anticipate resource constraints, and bring structure to complex project ecosystems. You will lead a team of Project Managers responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing work across multiple stakeholder groups and workstreams. You'll also partner closely with fellow PMO leaders to align practices, improve delivery rhythm, and support the continued evolution of the Unified PMO model. The ideal candidate brings a strong foundation in traditional project management practices, a deep understanding of work orchestration across teams, and a proven ability to lead and grow a team of delivery professionals.
The Main Responsibilities
Lead, support, and develop a team of Project Managers driving work across multiple marketing initiatives and stakeholder groups.
Ensure that strong project delivery fundamentals, including work sequencing, milestone tracking, resource planning, and issue management, are consistently applied across all projects.
Champion the use of project management tools (Workfront, Adobe Planner, Smartsheet, etc.) to create visibility, drive accountability, and support cross-functional planning.
Collaborate with fellow PMO leaders to shape unified ways of working across the PMO - establishing and reinforcing shared templates, processes, and delivery standards.
Monitor team capacity, project risks, and execution health; surface delivery constraints and partner with leadership to support sustainable resourcing and prioritization.
Support PMs in managing scope, dependencies, and cross-team workflows - connecting tactical delivery to strategic goals while fostering alignment across stakeholder groups.
Model a culture of ownership, follow-through, and continuous improvement within the PMO.
What We Look For In A Candidate
10+ years of experience in project or program management, with a strong foundation in waterfall and traditional project delivery approaches.

Proven experience managing and developing a team of project managers, including setting standards, coaching delivery excellence, and fostering collaboration.
Deep experience with project management tools such as Workfront, Smartsheet, and Microsoft Planner. Bonus points for experience with Adobe Planner or Adobe Creative Cloud (specifically Adobe Fusion).
Strong systems thinking, with an ability to plan work across complex resource and capacity constraints.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, including the ability to align cross-functional teams and translate strategic needs into actionable delivery.
