The Ecosystem Activation team is a team of Growth Product Managers focused on Artificial Intelligence (AI) growth and incubation within the Microsoft 365 / Office engineering organization. We foster and accelerate data-driven decision making by Microsoft staff and Partners to better help our customers achieve more with AI. We are curious, collaborative, nimble, and experiment driven.

Senior Growth Product Manager for Adoption and Usage

As a Senior Growth Product Manager for Adoption and Usage, you are responsible for Microsoft staff and Partner personas who help our customers adopt and use our AI products (e.g. Copilot for Microsoft 365, Agents, Copilot Chat). You will work closely with data (both internal and external), tooling, program, strategy, role, and business leadership to identify, test, and scale growth opportunities where data and insights accelerate your target persona's ability to help customers achieve outcomes.

This is a highly visible and collaborative role that will allow you to stretch your analytics, data science, business, product management, and influence skills to help our customers achieve more with one of the most transformative technologies in modern history.
