Job Title : Construction Bookkeeper

Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced Construction Bookkeeper with strong knowledge of Sage 300 and hands-on experience managing all aspects of construction accounting. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, overseeing project accounting, and ensuring compliance with all financial and contractual requirements.

Key Responsibilities :

• Maintain and reconcile General Ledger , Accounts Payable , and Accounts Receivable
• Handle project accounting including job cost reconciliations and cost tracking
• Manage monthly closings , posting of month-end information, and preparation of accurate financial statements
• Prepare and process AIA billings , Notices to Owner (NTOs) , and Release of Liens
• Ensure licensing and insurance compliance with subcontractors and vendors
• Perform bank reconciliations and assist with cash flow management
• Support management with financial reporting and analysis as needed
