A company is looking for a Desktop & End-User Engineer III.
Key Responsibilities
Provide on-site and remote technical support, installation, and configuration for desktop and laptop systems
Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and system failures for end users
Develop and maintain installation packages, group policies, and scripts for managing end user systems
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent experience
Three years of professional experience in a large-scale IT environment
Experience with Windows 10 and Office 365
Proficiency in Microsoft Intune and Endpoint Configuration Manager
Experience in network troubleshooting and desktop support
