Robert Half is seeking a Financial Data Analyst to join a long-term project with a leading global financial technology organization. This role will focus on supporting a large-scale data initiative involving the review, interpretation, and categorization of financial communications and transactions to improve machine learning and AI-driven systems.

Responsibilities :

• Analyze and annotate financial communication data to identify intent and context.
• Support the development of AI models by providing high-quality, structured data inputs for training and testing.
• Extract and interpret data to identify patterns, anomalies, and key performance indicators.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports in Excel using pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and related functions.
• Collaborate with data science and engineering teams to refine tagging guidelines and improve overall model accuracy.
