Resident Care Director - Senior Living* - Bala Cynwyd, PA
LeaderStat is partnering with one of the largest senior living providers in New England who is seeking a Resident Care Director for one of their beautiful communities located in Bala Cynwyd, PA.
This high-end, newer senior living community is seeking a Resident Care Director that would be responsible for the coordinating of resident care in order to ensure that the resident remains as independent as possible in the community.
He / she assists the resident and his or her family members in maintaining the physical, psychosocial and emotional well-being of the resident.
He / she acts as a liaison with appropriate healthcare personnel and community support systems to provide care to the resident and family.

Qualifications :
- RN or LPN in Pennsylvania (active and in good standing)
- Nursing leadership experience in senior living (AL / MC / IL)
- Effective leader that creates a positive culture / environment
