Our challenge

We are seeking a skilled nCino Salesforce Developer to design, develop, and implement innovative banking solutions leveraging the nCino Bank Operating System on the Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Salesforce development, nCino platform customization, and a thorough understanding of banking processes to enhance our digital banking capabilities.

Responsibilities :

• Salesforce development and design skills including but not limited to : Apex, Lightning, SOQL, Process Builder, Flow, and other standard and advanced Salesforce automation tools
• Extensive experience implementing nCino managed package at other financial firms.
• Develop, customize, and configure nCino applications built on the Salesforce platform to meet business requirements.
• Collaborate with business analysts, product owners, and stakeholders to gather and interpret requirements for banking applications.
• Integrate nCino modules with external systems using APIs and data pipelines.
• Perform code reviews, testing, and troubleshooting to ensure high-quality code delivery.
• Support system migrations, updates, and upgrades within the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Document technical designs, processes, and user guides.
• Stay updated with Salesforce and nCino platform releases, best practices, and industry trends.
• Certifications : Salesforce PD1 or LWC
• Certifications : nCino 201 / nCino 313.

Requirements :

Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Platform Developer I / II, nCino Certification (preferred).

Preferred

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
