Receptionist Position
We are looking for a detail-oriented and welcoming receptionist to support our team on a contract basis in Miami, Florida. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, ensuring a positive and efficient experience. If you excel at managing front desk operations and providing exceptional customer service, this is a great opportunity for you. This will be about a two-month contract.
Responsibilities :
- Greet guests and visitors warmly, ensuring they feel welcome and directed to the appropriate area.
- Answer incoming phone calls promptly, providing accurate information or redirecting them to the correct department.
- Maintain a neat and organized reception area that reflects the company's standards.
- Manage daily office tasks such as sorting mail, scheduling appointments, and handling deliveries.
- Assist with administrative duties including filing, data entry, and document preparation.
- Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive information handled at the front desk.
- Respond to inquiries from clients and staff with clarity and professionalism.
- Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth office operations and communication.
- Uphold company policies and procedures while interacting with visitors and staff.
- Monitor and restock office supplies as needed to maintain functionality.
- Must be fully bilingual - English and Spanish
Requirements :
Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar front desk role.Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with visitors and team members.Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in basic office software such as Microsoft Office Suite.Detail-oriented demeanor and appearance appropriate for a corporate environment.High level of organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.Dependable and punctual, with a commitment to providing excellent service.
