This is a 100% remote position with the potential to earn up to $8Kper month or more (depending on your ability tohustle!).
Responsibilities :
- Sourcescreen and present topquality candidates for our clientspositions.
- Utilize social media and coldcallingtechniques to identify and engage potentialcandidates.
- Collaborate with our team todevelop and execute effective recruitingstrategies.
- Maintain accurate candidate recordsin our applicant tracking system (Manatal orsimilar).
Requirements :
- Provenexperience in finance or agencyrecruiting.
- Strong track record of meetinghiring goals and KPIs.
- Excellent communicationand interpersonal skills.
- Techsavvy and able tonavigate various online platforms.
- High energyselfmotivated and willing to go the extra mile to fill rolesquickly.
Preference given tocandidates located in major metropolitan areas (Dallas HoustonChicago New York City etc.) and those from underrepresented groupsindividuals with disabilities or those facing challenges in thecurrent job market.
