Manage customer inquiries, find proactive solutions, and ensure overall customer satisfactionRespond to customer inquiries via phone and email with professionalism and efficiencyIdentify customer concerns, evaluate their needs, and provide suitable resolutionsResolve issues promptly while keeping customers informed throughout the processRecord interactions and solutions in the CRM system for accurate trackingCollaborate with internal and external teams for smooth service delivery and problem resolutionUtilize strong problem-solving skills, address challenges independently, escalate when necessaryGenerate reports, monitor cases for timely follow-ups, and ensure complete customer satisfactionAssist field employees as needed, managing logistics and shipping materials and suppliesCustomer Service Representative Profile :
