Maine state licensure to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is required

Highlights

• Working with complex patient and their families, providing resources as well as billable psycho-therapeutic support
• Working in coordination with care team to help patients and families continue coordination of care
• Flexible work schedule, able to work 8-16 hours a week M-F. Must be available to offer PTO coverage / pick up available shifts any day of the week
• Experience with Geriatric population preferred.

Summary

The Social Worker II role is responsible for the evaluation of psychosocial needs of patients / clients and their families and provision of diagnostic / preventive and treatment services including individual, family, and group therapy.
