Certificate Operations Analyst
The Certificate Operations Analyst is responsible for supporting and enhancing the certificate processes and technology solutions at Lockton to best meet our client certificate needs.
This associate will work closely with the Director of Certificate Operations to provide strategic guidance to Series regarding best practices and procedures to ensure compliant and efficient certificate operations.
This associate will partner with our technology team to develop new features and enhancements by providing detailed system requirements, reviewing proposed solution designs, and facilitating user acceptance testing.
This associate will also consult on complex client certificate and auto ID card needs and compliance questions.
Responsibilities
- Primary contact for IT to assist with troubleshooting system issues
- Primary contact for new system enhancements, responsible for defining detailed system requirements
- Facilitates and participates in user acceptance and regression testing for certificate and auto ID card system enhancements
- Assists with consulting on complex client certificate and auto ID card needs
- Assists with developing strategic guidance to Series around process, technology and compliance for certificate of insurance and auto ID cards
- 5-7 years of experience directly supporting certificate of insurance and auto ID card operations
- Highly proficient in Excel (Vlookups, pivot tables, functions, etc)
- Strong critical thinking skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Capable presenter (to all levels of organization)
- Effective organizational skills
- Occasional travel required
