Key Responsibilities
Provide quality customer service and empathetic care to individuals seeking health and human services
Document interactions thoroughly and accurately to meet program standards
Utilize multiple platforms effectively during training and in daily tasks
Required Qualifications and Education
High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate's Degree preferred
Ability to obtain certification as an Information and Referral Specialist (CIRS) within 3 years
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong knowledge of computers and software programs
Previous experience in a call center or providing Information & Referral preferred
Must successfully pass a criminal background check and other required screenings
