A-Line Staffing is now hiring Pharmacy Intake Coordinators in Centennial, CO. The Pharmacy Intake Coordinator will work in coordination with the sales and pharmacy teams to process referrals and admissions in a timely manner. This is a full-time, contract-to-hire position.

Pharmacy Intake Coordinator Compensation

• The pay for this position is $23.26 per hour

• Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment

• A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates

Pharmacy Intake Coordinator Highlights

• This position is a contract-to-hire assignment with potential for permanent hire based on attendance, performance, and business needs

• Required availability : Monday – Friday, 8 : 30 AM to 5 : 30 PM, with possible rotating Saturday shifts once a month

Pharmacy Intake Coordinator Responsibilities

• Coordinate referrals received from referral sources

• Ensure all required documentation has been received to process referrals timely

• Enter patient demographic, clinical, and insurance information into the system

• Verify insurance coverage and ensure patient accepts financial responsibility prior to initial shipment

• Coordinate with Sales, Access, and clinical teams regarding referral status, authorizations, and out-of-pocket costs

• Complete documentation of progress notes in the system

• Notify patients / caregivers regarding insurance coverage and payment responsibilities

• Maintain confidentiality of patients and proprietary information

• Perform other duties as assigned

Pharmacy Intake Coordinator Requirements

• Preferred medical background

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Ability to create a positive, calm, and supportive atmosphere for patients and referral sources
