Location : New York, New York (Hybrid, remote with 3-4 days in office weekly, with Friday required in office)

Compensation : $16.50 hourly payrate (FT)

Duration : 3 months

Are you passionate about pursuing a career in HR where you'll learn about uncovering talent to support the growth of a fresh and exciting beauty retailer? Then we have an exciting opportunity for you as an HR Intern with Bubble Beauty! This position will focus on administrative work through recruitment, company culture, and the HR Team, and involve interacting with hiring managers, candidates and the NY Home Office staff.

Key Responsibilities :

Recruitment

• Posting jobs on all relevant recruitment platforms
• Scheduling interviews, for HR Team, Line Managers and other applicable team members that are part of role recruitment plan
• Managing applicant documentation and processing talent pipeline movements
• Maintain job postings to ensure high visibility with potential candidates
• Partner with Recruitment Agencies for role updates and internal outreach for scheduling
