Senior Tax Associate

Our client, a global asset management firm in the aviation industry, is seeking a Senior Tax Associate to join their growing tax department.

Location :

San Francisco, CA. This position is hybrid, with in-office expectations 2 days per week.

Job Description

This role is ideal for a detail-oriented tax professional with experience in multi-entity organizations and large-scale consolidations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare tax forms and returns for FATCA, FBAR, VAT, GST on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
• Review domestic and international partnership and corporate income tax returns
• Prepare tax computations, workpapers, schedules, and tax provisions
• Maintain tax basis for partnerships and LLCs
• Respond to tax notices and inquiries, and assist with special projects
