Overview of the job
We're looking for a creator commerce expert to build our affiliate offering from the ground up. This isn't about traditional affiliate marketing - it's about creating performance-driven partnerships in the creator economy, starting with TikTok Shop and expanding across the creator monetization landscape. Measures of success –
In the first few months, you would have :
Launched a clear and compelling creator commerce go-to-market strategy, starting with TikTok Shop
Delivered internal education and tools that enable our commercial teams to confidently sell creator affiliate programs
Built relationships with creator platforms and secure strategic partnerships
Defined commission and incentive structures tailored to creator and brand KPIs, understanding creator economics and motivations
Supported new business pitches showcasing our creator commerce capabilities
Hired initial team members and establish operational workflows for a creator-first culture
Roles & Responsibilities :
Design our creator commerce go-to-market strategy, starting with TikTok Shop and expanding across creator monetization platforms
Train our commercial teams to sell creator affiliate solutions confidently and become the internal expert on creator monetization
Develop partnerships with key platforms (TikTok Shop, LTK, Amazon Influencer Program and similar creator monetization platforms)
Hire and lead a creator commerce team across strategy, delivery, and measurement
Create scalable commission structures that work for creators and brands, understanding creator economics
Work cross-functionally with paid media, strategy, and creative teams globally
Stay ahead of platform changes and creator economy trends to continually evolve our offering
What you will need :
7+ years in creator marketing, influencer partnerships or creator commerce with hands-on experience managing creator relationships and campaigns
Agency background strongly preferred with a solid understanding of client service and multi-client management
Hands-on experience with creator platforms like TikTok Shop, LTK, Awin or others
Track record building affiliate programs or creator monetization strategies within a media, agency, or creator-first business
Experience managing creator relationships and understanding creator economics - you've worked directly with creators and understand what motivates them
Leadership experience with ability to hire / develop high-performing teams
Entrepreneurial mindset - comfortable building something new with limited playbooks, iterating fast, and wearing many hats
Excellent communication skills - able to explain complex creator commerce concepts to clients and internal teams
