Financial Services Representative
Are you passionate about helping people manage their finances and navigate digital banking tools? Join a leading financial institution as a Financial Services Representative, where you'll be the first point of contact for clients seeking support with their banking needs. This is a client-focused, inbound call center roleno cold calling or sales pressure. You'll provide personalized assistance, resolve issues, and guide clients through digital banking platforms, all while deepening relationships and promoting financial wellness.
Key Responsibilities
Client Support : Handle inbound calls related to accounts, transactions, and digital banking tools.
Engagement : Build rapport through meaningful conversations and personalized service.
Problem Solving : Understand client needs and resolve issues efficiently.
Product Promotion : Educate clients on banking products like accounts, credit cards, loans, and investments.
Digital Expertise : Guide clients through digital banking features and tools.
Collaboration : Refer clients to internal experts when needed to support their financial goals.
Schedule & Training
Training : Fully remote.
Shifts : MondayFriday between 8 : 00 AM7 : 00 PM CST (varies : 85, 96, or 107).
Occasional Saturdays : 8 : 00 AM1 : 00 PM CST (with a weekday off in exchange).
Must be flexible for all schedule options. Shifts are assigned monthly.
What You Bring
2+ years of customer service experience in banking or financial services.
Experience with digital banking platforms (online / mobile banking).
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to multitask and navigate multiple systems.
Client-first mindset and problem-solving skills.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.
Bachelor's degree preferred.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
