Segment Risk Specialist IV Lead

Theselected candidate will perform the followingduties :

Responsiblefor operational and risk strategy programs within the IT segmentfocusing on findings / action plan validation within the TechnologyRisk organization.

May execute periodic risk assessments (RiskControl Self Assessments and targeted risk assessments). Evaluatecontrol effectiveness and finding / action plan content and providefirst line challenge to finding / action plan content approach anddetails to ensure achievement of targeted objectives and riskmitigation.

Deliver timely escalation of all issues requiringattention to senior management. Work with business segmentmanagement to ensure that the overall risk function is effectivelysupporting strategic goals.

Collaborate with stakeholderorganizations include the enterprise Issues Risk Management Officesegment delivery teams management Technology Risk Center ofExcellences and segment finding owners.

Innovate processes tosupport efficient execution of targetobjectives.

DetailedDescription :

  • ExecuteFindings and Action Plan validation to ensure content andidentified actions are appropriate to resolve identified gap orissue.
  • Partnerwith identified stakeholders to ensure timely and accurateresolution of Findings / Action plans with appropriate escalation tomanagement and Segment RiskOfficer
  • Collaboratewith Audit / Corporate IT Risk / Segment CIO Leadership teams toaddress issues with appropriate action plans and target dates thatremediate rootcauses.
  • Participatein Technology Risk Committee and other oversight and governancegroups asassigned.
  • Executeprocess improvement to ensure successful and timely remediation ofidentifiedissues

BasicQualifications :

Bachelorsdegree

  • Min5 years of experience in a Technical Audit or Risk positionprimarily in a technology cybersecurity orinfrastructureenvironment
  • Expertisein issues management findings / Action plandevelopment
