THE ROLE :

This leadership role involves working closely with the hospital manager to ensure excellent medical and nursing care, a positive team environment, and outstanding customer service. Success is measured by team performance and patient care quality, achieved through servant and inspirational leadership.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Manage daily operations of the nursing team
• Supervise nurses, technicians, and assistants
• Schedule shifts and manage payroll budgets
• Maintain VEG culture and values
• Hire, onboard, and support team members
• Collaborate with hospital leadership and participate in weekly meetings
• Address patient care issues and interpersonal conflicts
• Implement nursing guidelines, policies, and projects
• Ensure team has necessary supplies and tools
