Customer Service / Insurance Specialist

We are looking for motivated, hardworking insurance producers to join our dedicated & trusted team. We are committed to providing the highest quality service to clients who entrust their auto, home, small business and / or other insurance needs to us.

Ideally, you are a licensed agent that is ready to play a key role in growing our company's insurance agency.

What you bring to the team :

You are a self-motivated, problem solver that understands his / her salary can grow exponentially as the agency grows. · You’re Bi-lingual Spanish / English, and comfortable providing high quality customer service in either language.

The expectations in this role :

• In person customer service, sales, underwriting and record keeping. · Educate clients ethically on auto, home, renters, & small business insurance options.
• Communicate clearly with clients when quoting prices & financial options and complete sales with extraordinary customer service.
• Service existing accounts, answer questions, and provide accurate information to ensure clients can make the best decision for their families.
• Help identify cross-selling opportunities across our agency service matrix. · Punctual with a professional attitude.
