We are hoping that we can add some new individuals to help us grow
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced embroidery machine operator to join our team. As an embroidery machine operator, you will play a crucial role in producing high-quality embroidered garments using various embroidery machines, including 2 ZSK (6 heads) and 1 (single) head.
Your responsibilities will include; hooping, loading, and unloading garments onto the machines, finishing out garments after production, and ensuring the quality of the embroidery meets our standards.
Pay will depend on your level of experience
Duties and Responsibilities :
- Follow our work orders & schedule.
- Operate and maintain embroidery machines, including loading new designs, changing threads, adjusting tensions, and troubleshooting technical issues.
- Hoop garments accurately and efficiently to ensure precise embroidery placement.
- Trim, fold, bag, and box embroidered garments to prepare them for shipping.
- Maintain a high level of attention to detail to ensure the quality and accuracy of the embroidery.
- Work collaboratively with the embroidery supervisor to address any production issues and communicate progress.
Qualifications :
- Minimum of 1-year experience in operating embroidery machines.
- Must have the ability to distinguish between threads & colors accurately and consistently.
- Excellent attention to detail to ensure high-quality embroidery.
- Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to follow both written and verbal instructions.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods (up to 8 hours a day), good vision, and full use of both hands.
- Safety- conscious and able to adhere to safety guidelines in a manufacturing environment.

50 to $12.50 per hour to your hourly pay.
