As a Payroll Specialist, you'll ensure our Members' payroll operations run flawlessly - on time, in compliance, and with precision. You'll manage payroll processing, tax filings, and employee data with accuracy, leveraging technology to deliver efficient and trusted payroll services.

Primary Responsibilities

• Process accurate and timely payroll for Member organizations, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local wage and hour laws.
• Maintain up-to-date employee records in HR and payroll systems, including pay rates, deductions, benefits, and tax information.
• Lead or support payroll audits, resolving discrepancies and identifying process improvements for efficiency and accuracy.
• Prepare and manage payroll tax filings, deposits, and reconciliations.
• Partner with Members to understand their unique payroll needs and ensure a positive and compliant experience.
• Implement best practices and recommend updates to payroll processes and systems.
