As a Customer Service & Sales Representative, you will act as a primary point of contact for customers to bring brand awareness, resolving inquiries, providing tailored solutions, and assist with the sales process. Responsibilities of the Customer Service & Sales Representative :

• Act as the primary contact for customers, delivering personalized support and timely assistance
• Clarify service plans, billing, and device features to ensure customer understanding and satisfaction.
• Troubleshoot basic technical issues and escalate complex cases to the appropriate support teams
• Guide customers through service updates, account changes, processing orders and feature activations
• Educate customers on maximizing their AT&T services benefits and recommend relevant upgrades
• Capture and document customer feedback to identify trends and enhance service quality
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions and resolutions in the CRM system.
