Responsibilities

• Solution Validation & Best Practices
• Review and validate system integrator's proposed functional and technical design / documentation.
• Ensure solution aligns with industry best practices and SAP WFS standards
• Advice on how to best leverage out-of-the-box capabilities vs. customizations
• Design Assurance (Time & Job Scheduling)
• Advice on shift patterns, time policies, job rotations, and task assignments.
• Ensure that regulatory, union, or site-specific time rules are properly captured.
• Recommend ways to optimize job scheduling for workforce efficiency and compliance.
• Validate design decisions for :
• Time collection rules
• Absence / leave management
• Scheduling rules and constraints
• Advice on how to design business-friendly processes and screens
• Data Migration & Integration Strategy Support
• Review data mapping and transformation logic from SAP ECC to SAP WFS.
• Provide advisory input on integration touchpoints with :
• SAP SuccessFactors
• Payroll (e.g., SAP ECP, 3rd party payroll systems)
• SAP S / 4HANA
• SSAM
• Help provide product support to troubleshoot issues arising during testing
